3. Shifting to the parasympathetic, calming, restorative part of the nervous system.  Listen to beautiful music. 

4. Your creativity: sketch, draw, paint, unedited writing. Write what you are feeling without a critic, Let your feeling flow naturally.

5. Minimize or have no contact with toxic, manipulative individuals.
