Keep a secure distance form individual who are aggressive, toxic, manipulative, deceitful.

De-clutter your home and possessions.

Appreciate who you are given your family of origin.

Don't apologize for being a person of character and morality.

Listen to and implement the profound messages of your intuition.

Slow your pace as the day moves to night. This is a special time of the parasympathetic, a quieting that is natural and essential to your well being. 

Find beauty in Nature each day.
