Understand and appreciate yourself with no judgments. Work with your parasympathetic nervous system. Engage with beauty throughout the day. Go to Nature - sky, clouds, winds, trees, butterflies, birds, planets, stars, the moon. 

Do gentle stretching and simple yoga poses. 

Find a pen that you like where the ink glides smoothly on the page. The pen is a companion, expressive and friendly. You are in the moment and this is creative and restorative. 

Enjoy your own company. Be creative and free: create, restore, evolve.
