Subclinical Psychopaths can be thrilling, disarming and charming. They are gifted at reading their prospective victims. They often choose individuals who are emotionally and psychologically sensitive - empaths. With empaths you find those who have a strong conscience and clear moral values who go out of their way to help others. This podcast refers to male and female subclinical psychopaths. 

Subclinical psychopaths choose you for a number of reasons. You present an image of integrity and authenticity. You are socially adept, warm, open and welcoming. You are slow to blame and quick to forgive. You don't lose your temper. You often feel guilty for no reason. You have a scrupulous conscience and seek the truth. 

You are the opposite of the subclinical psychopath with these characterological qualities:

1. False predatory self

2. No real conscience

3. Is never to blame, takes no responsibility for his actions

4. Filled with rage that is projected on to you. 

5. Chronic liars of commission and omission

6. Leads secret lives

7. For them, you are expendable, replaceable

Knowing and understanding the true nature of subclinical psychopaths, you are ready to plan how you will free yourself now and ever again from their psychologically dangerous hold. 

You are charting your own course on the pathway of recovery and personal transformation. You begin to feel lighter emotionally and psychologically once you make this decision. You are moving toward the freedom that you deserve. Practice self care each day: sleep, rest, exercise, nourishing food, time with Nature and Solitude, listening to beautiful music, being mindful, practicing spontaneous unedited writing, using your many creative gifts.
